By accessing or purchasing from VisualNest Studio you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the site or services.
2. Accounts and Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account. We may suspend accounts for violations of these terms.
3. Purchases and Payments
All course purchases are final. Prices are listed in USD. We use secure third-party processors. Refunds are only issued in cases of duplicate billing or documented technical failure within 14 days of purchase.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not copy, resell, or redistribute course materials. You agree not to upload malicious code, harass other users, or use the platform for any illegal purpose. Violation may result in immediate account termination.
5. Intellectual Property
All course content, designs, and branding remain the exclusive property of VisualNest Studio. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to access purchased courses for your own professional development only.
6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. VisualNest Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our courses or website, including loss of data or revenue.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify registered users via email of material updates.
